Rehabilitation Services
Philosophy
Patients are our first priority. Pain relief, injury and re-injury prevention, restoration of joint and muscle function and promotion of healing are the main focus of our services. We can meet your need through a variety of treatment approaches, including a broad range of testing and rehabilitative equipment.
Services
We provide comprehensive physical and occupational therapy services for Acute Care, Outpatient and Short-term Rehabilitation. Treatment areas include lower back pain, neck injuries, sports-related injuries, arthritis, hand injuries, muscle strains, joint sprains, neuropathy, pinched nerves, post-operative orthopaedic conditions. A doctor’s referral is required for treatment. Prior insurance authorization may be required
Acute Care Services
For medical-surgical patients with an emphasis on orthopaedic conditions.
Hours
Monday, Thursday, Friday
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday
8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Outpatient Services
Treatment areas include:
- Low back and neck injuries
- Sports-related injuries
- Arthritis
- Hand injuries
- Muscle strains
- Joint strains
- Neuropathy
- Nerve impingements
- Post-op orthopaedic conditions
- Neurological conditions (Stroke, MS, Parkinson’s disease)
- Amputations

Short-term Rehabilitation at Finger Lakes Center for Living
Provides Physical and Occupational Therapy with the goal of returning the patients to their homes. Services for the following treatment areas:
- Total hip/knee replacement
- Hip fracture surgery
- Stroke
- General medical/surgical conditions

Monday – Friday
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday
Mornings as needed
Occupational Therapy Services
Treatment areas include:
- Wrist/hand injuries
- Neurological conditions
- Upper extremity splint fabrication, both static and dynamic
