AMH Chairman Eric Allyn Elected to Board of Healthcare Trustees of NYS
Auburn Memorial Hospital (AMH) is pleased to announce that Eric Allyn, Chairman of the AMH Board of Trustees, has been elected to the Board of Governors of Healthcare Trustees of New York State (HTNYS). HTNYS is a not-for-profit membership organization, headquartered in Albany, NY, dedicated to strengthening the governance of NY’s non-profit and public health care facilities.
Mr. Allyn was elected for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2010.
He was elected to the AMH Board on January 30, 2007; was elected Chairman of the Board in 2008; and re-elected on January 31, 2009. He is a candidate for re-election at the January 2010 AMH Board meeting.
Mr. Allyn has spent the majority of his career at Welch Allyn, Inc. in Skaneateles, where he now serves on the company’s Board of Directors.
